[chef] test-kitchen: Configuring logfile location for chef_solo provisioner

Hello Chefs,

I'm trying to hack the test-kitchen's chef_solo provisioner to accept a log_file config parameter so it can use that with the "--logfile" command line argument to chef_solo. I made a commit here which works: https://github.com/arangamani/test-kitchen/commit/76a748bd5deb2ffb06ce5f7426a0716f496892e1

Is it the correct way to do it?
