Haven't seen that. What version of knife-windows are you using, and what
version of Windows are you trying to bootstrap? I would expect that even
if wget.vbs fails, a retry should occur with Powershell that would not be
affected by strangeness around mxml6 and friends.

Has anyone hit this problem? knife bootstrap windows via winrm fails.
