Why opscode doesn't include spiceweasel in the mainline ?

Perhaps this is planned for the future ?

I can find a code for lxc provider to deploy on it. Can you show me a link ?

I know that you contributor of lxc cookbook. How iceweasel closely 
linked (correspond) with lxc cookbook ?

I search for cookbook for deploy lxc containers on our servers.
