hi Torben,
i have seen the plugin, but if i read correct, the plugin connect directly to
vCenter, instead i have to connect to openstack and tell it to start an
instance of the VM selected.
Is it correct?

I have searched around the web and i found a way to construct a custom
unattended windows installation using the AIK tool.
My goal now is to find a way to configure the unattended.xml file at runtime
using  chef, nect generate the Windows iso ready to install, and finally 
launch
the instance from chef.

My answer now change in: "no one have my problem?"
