[chef] Test Kitchen 1.0.0.beta.4 Released

Ohai Chefs!

I just released Test Kitchen v1.0.0.beta.4. Release notes. Full diff.

This includes a number of important bug fixes, but the most notable ones are:

1. Removing celluloid (TK now uses pure Ruby threads)

2. Executing busser suites in their own sandboxes to prevent gem conflicts

3. Obeying a chefignore (if present) to determine which files are copied
