Ohai Chefs,

I just released ChefSpec v3.1.3 with some helpful bug fixes and features:

• Fixed the deprecations module error subclassing
• Updated the gem description to include "coverage" (should help with Googleability)
• Added helper support for Chef templates (@geraud)
• Fixed a testing bug (@bknowles)

This is a patch version bump that is 100% backwards compatible, so please upgrade at your leisure.
