[chef] Chef-server logrotate

Hi all

Seems like the chef-server does not put any configuration files into 
/etc/logrotate.d. Our logs were taking up several gigabytes.
Is this known and/or intentional? 

I created the following in /etc/logrotate.d/chef-server:

Guess it does the trick, but maybe there’s a more elegant way than just 
restarting the chef-server?
