[chef] RE: windows: change install path

From Chef client MSI logs, I see that there is a property called 
"INSTALLLOCATION" but I don't see it being used anywhere, almost all the 
paths are hard-coded to C:\opscode\...

Is it possible to change the chef install path? The infra team does not like 
the fact that the chef installs in c:\opscode.
