Can anyone help me to write  recipes to create Selenium node & Selenium hub.

Since i have already downloaded selenium cookbook from opscode site but am getting blank default.rb.

Please suggest.. how can i execute the below command on windows machine using chef.
command:-
java -jar selenium-server-standalone-2.20.0.jar -role hub
