The survey only mentions a UTC offset. Should we be putting Summer or Winter offsets (for those of us who have DST)?

E.g.

UK == UTC (Winte/GMT)/UTC+1 (Summer/BST)
Eastern == UTC-5 (Winter/EST)/UTC-4 (Summer/EDT)
Pacific == UTC-8 (Winter/PST)/UTC-7 (Summer/PDT)

Here's a survey that can be used to tell everyone which day works best for you and which timezone you're typically in.

Thanks!

The One True Time Zone is surely UTC.

Anyway, may I suggest using doodle.com or similar rather than emails to
a ton of folks, for polls?

Cheers,
