I thought about DST and figured the list was long enough as it was.  So maybe treat it as time zone you'll likely be in for the next 8-10 weeks?  Also, I don't think that one hour difference is going to make or break your ability to attend.

It's flawed science, no doubt but should be "good enough".

UK == UTC (Winte/GMT)/UTC+1 (Summer/BST)

The One True Time Zone is surely UTC.

Anyway, may I suggest using doodle.com or similar rather than emails to
a ton of folks, for polls?
