[chef] Re: NoMemoryError

Hello, 

i'm sorry to bother, again.
i just started with chef, and run into a error I couldn't find the solution.

it takes a lot of time to run and i Get this error:

[2014-08-11T14:41:38+01:00] ERROR: execute[install_scos] (SCOS_rpm::last_comand line 6) had an error: NoMemoryError: failed to allocate memory

[2014-08-11T14:41:38+01:00] FATAL: Chef::Exceptions::ChildConvergeError: Chef run process exited unsuccessfully (exit code 1)

for the recipe attached. 
-----------the user S2K uses this shell : /bin/tcsh

when I run the command directly it works just fine. 

Do you have any ideia how to resolve this problem?

but when I run be hand it works perfetcly.
I'm sending the recipe. 

Can anyone help me?
