[chef] service related to remote login

Hi,

     I ve develop a cookbook for remote login support using chef,but in fedora19,20 it gets login with their username and password and then it shows "Cannot make or remove an entry for this session" and then session gets closed.

SOme of services get missing can anybody have idea also when i reboot it ,it gets fine but i donot know what services it might be can anybody have idea?
