[chef] Create Org Error

Hi,

I am trying to create an organization by running the following command: 

chef-server-ctl org-create short_name full_organization_name --association_user user_name

But it gives me following error: 

ERROR: The data in your request was invalid

Response: Field 'name' invalid

Any ideas what am I missing here?
