The first one is from the manual CLA process that we used to do, where you’d digitally sign a form with echo sign, and we would receive a PDF from them, which would would then manually enter into the CLA list.

The second one is automated by the supermarket application, which then stores these in the database (and can talk to github to tell us if contributors have a CLA automatically).
The ones in the first list are still valid, but we opted not to migrate them since we don’t have complete data (no github username) and it would be a hassle for everyone.
