There's no migration process. The old list was a list of firstname/lastname with no usable GUID, so it was abandoned. Everyone has to resign in supermarket.

Hi Daniel,

I noticed the old CLA list has been taken down, and my ICLA does not appear in my profile on supermarket.chef.io <http://supermarket.chef.io>. Nor my link to the CCLA. How can I get this migrated over?

Thanks,
Jeremy

The first one is from the manual CLA process that we used to do,
where you’d digitally sign a form with echo sign, and we would
receive a PDF from them, which would would then manually enter
    into the CLA list.

The second one is automated by the supermarket application, which
then stores these in the database (and can talk to github to tell
us if contributors have a CLA automatically).

The ones in the first list are still valid, but we opted not to
migrate them since we don’t have complete data (no github
username) and it would be a hassle for everyone.
