[chef] Chef support for arm?

I am trying to bootstrap an Pandaboard running Ubuntu 14.04.  

Specifically I am running the following
knife bootstrap <hostname> --sudo -x <login> -i <key> -r 'role[base]' --secret-file /etc/chef/encrypted_data_bag_secret

but I am getting the following error.  I have tried setting the chef version to both 11 and 12 but same error.   My guess is that there is no m=armv7l defined but I am not sure where a list of supported architectures for Chef is.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

 Either this means:
    - We do not support ubuntu
    - We do not have an artifact for 11
