[chef] chefdk wrapper cookbook generator?

Hi,

Clearly from the mailing list and http://stackoverflow.com/search?q=chef+wrapper+cookbook there are tons of questions about how best to use wrapper cookbooks.

It would be really helpful if there was a tool in chefdk such as knife cookbook-wrap  

This would take the name of the cookbook, pick all the "please override attributes" and make it super-simple for people to set up metadata and define the attributes most commonly overridden using the right syntax.

Is there one?
