[chef] Ubuntu 12.04 to 14.04 / Chef 11 to 12

Hi All,

 

We are going to upgrade all our cheffesized Ubuntu servers from 12.04 to 14.04. The Chef environment has:

 

1.       Chef-server

2.       Chef-workstation

3.       Git and Repo server

4.       PXE / Cobbler server

 

The version of the chef-client in the environment is 11.06. What’s the best way to upgrade servers (OS level) and the Chef-client?
