[chef] RE: Chef 12.4.2 Released

Looks like the 12.4.2 (128MB) windows client install is a bit larger than 12.4.1 (74MB). I looked through the change logs an nothing stuck out as the reason.  I could have missed it though. :)

Ohai Chefs,

We released Chef 12.4.2 last night with some upgraded dependencies and several packaging fixes, including RPM5 support:

One big reason we did this was the repackaging should help us with the ChefDK 0.8.0 release due soon :)
