[chef] Re: chef-server runit failing on Ubuntu

Figured it out:

The call to "exec /usr/bin/env chef-server" in the /etc/sv/chef-server/run
script fails because the chef-server exec isn't on the path. Adding
/opt/ruby/bin to PATH solves the problem. Same holds for
/etc/sv/chef-server-webui/run. So either the run script is wrong or else the
exes didn't get put in the right place.
