[chef] Any issues changing the IP Address of the Chef Server?

I have recently reinstalled Chef Server on a machine with the same name as 
the old one.  I built it on a network that I could bootstrap the 
installation.    Now, it is time to migrate the data, shut down the old one 
and change the IP address of the new box to match the old one.

Are there any issues with RabbitMS-Server, Chef-Solr, etc. that I need to be 
aware of?
