| So all of a sudden, not know what changed. When I add a new windows host with the appropriate roles, it adds it to the chef server .. i also see it under knife node list…. However, when i run chef-client on the nagios server, its not populating the hosts file at all. I was just able to add some new servers yesterday but today I'm seeing this very strange issue.
