I think it is worth pointing out that berks-api (and now supermarket like it)
are _not_ depsolvers. The only API used by berkshelf is /universe which just
returns a list of all cookbooks that exist, their versions, and their
dependencies. All depsolving still happens in berks and/or chef-server just
like before berks3.
