[chef] RE: Chef Client 12.4.0 Released

FWIW, I ran into an issue with chef-client 12.4.0 detecting that CentOS 7 
uses sysvinit and not systemd.  In reality, it may be an Ohai thing, but it's 
still relevant due to the bundling.  I've filed a ticket at 
https://github.com/chef/chef/issues/3593 .  Just a word of caution before you ;
start mass-deploying this version out.
