[chef-dev] Boostrapping chef is failing

I am getting error while boostrapping 

 My chef server version is 0.10.4
ruby version : ruby 1.8.7 (2011-02-18 patchlevel 334) [i386-linux]
ruby gem version : 1.7.2

here s the error log

Bootstrapping Chef on xxxx.amazonaws.com
ERROR: TypeError: can't convert Array into String

Please help me to resolve it 

it was working perfectly the 0.10.2 version.

After updating the chef gems , its not giving the above error
