This idea has been brought up a few times. I decided to take a step in
that direction after the summit with a curated list of places for
people to start:

I'm not convinced that it's working though, but I've been reluctant to
commit too much energy until I get some positive feedback to show that
it is worth it. The question is really the same, is there anyone on
this list who feels like they would contribute more if they knew where
to start, and how can I help them?
