No, reporting is only in Enterprise Chef 11 or Chef Server 12 (in 12, there is no longer a distinction between open source & commercial; it's the same code base with premium features that you can turn on and off)

I installed knife reporting plugin using the command : /opt/chef/embedded/bin/gem install knife-reporting

But when i executed the knife runs list command, I'm getting this error,
