I installed chef-manage
$ chef-server-ctl install opscode-manage

and then:

$ opscode-manage-ctl reconfigure

But still I'm not able to get the Web UI. The Web UI url is as same as the older versions? https://<server-ip>?

The Web UI is an add-on feature in Chef 12.
